Who we are:	JARED THOMPSON Managing Director Jared is married to Rae, they have a son Hagen and daughter Maggie, he originally hails from a farm in Hawkes Bay – go the Magpies! Jared is a Chartered Accountant with 13 years experience in the commercial and retail sectors in New Zealand and the UK. Prior to joining NZ ESL Jared was the Managing Director of a leading Australasian technology and service company.
	GAVIN SNOWSILL Technical Director Gavin is married to Gill and they have two daughters Alyssa and Tara. In their youth Gavin and Gill were competitive gymnasts with both competing at a national level. They now spend a great deal of their spare time running the Kapiti Gymnastics Club.Gavin comes from a technical background and is one of those people that can make anything go! He has worked for the last 11 years supplying leading retail technology equipment to the Australasian supermarket industry. Gavin has a proven track record with project management and large scale roll outs of new technology to supermarket chains.
